DRIVING THE CONVERSATION AROUND OPTIMISING PAPUA NEW GUINEA’S ENERGY SECTOR DEVELOPMENT

In Memoriam Hon. Sam Basil

Following the unexpected and tragic passing of our friend and Deputy Prime Minister, Hon. Sam Basil, everybody from the PNG Energy Summit extends our sincerest, heartfelt condolences.

Sam’s passing is a huge loss for the country, he was endeared by his Bulolo constituents, and respected by everybody who was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to meet with him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Gone but not forgotten, gone but ever here.

“A worthwhile conference, encourages open dialogue between Government and existing industry players in country including trying to entice more players into the O&G sector. A platform that can set the venue for policy and legislation construction discussions.”

“This conference is unique. We can speak to the Prime Minister and all the key players.”
