Ryoichi Abe has been Chief Representative of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation in Singapore since January 2021. He joined the bank in 2002 and has served in a range of leadership roles. Previous responsibilities have included power and water, LNG/ petrochemicals and infrastructure.
