The Gastech Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Energy program aims to support diversification in energy-related education, the energy labour market, and decision making to help tackle issues related to future capacity needs. The program will facilitate frank discussions about the current and future make-up of the energy workforce. Examining how the energy transition could accelerate opportunities and provide practical advice on how to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Energy is free-to attend for registered Gastech attendees. This year, the program will be chaired by Lamé Verre, Co-Founder and Chair of the Advisory Board at Lean In Network | Equity & Sustainability
